Role Overview

Publicis Groupe is looking for an experienced professional to manage and optimise e-commerce and quick commerce media campaigns across leading platforms. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, performance monitoring, budget management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive business growth, sales, and brand visibility.

The position is suitable for candidates at the Assistant Manager and Manager levels, depending on their experience, expertise, and level of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management & Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage e-commerce media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

• Ensure campaign execution in line with media plans, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.

• Monitor live campaigns and implement optimisation strategies to improve performance.

• Manage sponsored listings, product visibility initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure timely campaign delivery and resolve execution-related issues.

2. Quick Commerce & Platform Management

• Manage campaign execution across quick commerce platforms and coordinate with platform representatives.

• Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and visibility to support campaign effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities to improve brand presence, product discoverability, and sales performance.

• Stay updated on platform developments, advertising solutions, and emerging retail media trends.

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

• Track campaign performance against key metrics, including ROAS, sales, traffic, impressions, and visibility.

• Analyse campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.

• Recommend and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.

• Ensure effective budget utilisation and achievement of campaign objectives.

• Monitor campaign efficiency and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports and dashboards.

• Analyse campaign results and translate data into actionable insights.

• Track key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, budget records, and performance documentation.

• Present campaign updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

5. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Collaborate with planning, account management, analytics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

• Coordinate with e-commerce and quick commerce platform teams for campaign execution, troubleshooting, and optimisation.

• Share campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations with relevant stakeholders and clients.

• Support campaign reviews, planning discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 1–6 years of experience in e-commerce media, digital advertising, performance marketing, or quick commerce campaign management.

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

• Practical experience in quick commerce campaign execution is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of sponsored listings, product visibility, promotional campaigns, and retail media.

• Good understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, sales, traffic, and campaign ROI.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and campaign reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines effectively.

• Prior experience working with a media agency or digital marketing agency is preferred.
