Ensures new test systems are integrated efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality, reliability, and operational performance.
- Drives design changes and continuous improvements that enhance test coverage, functionality, and efficiency. Monitors test system performance after project handover, implement process and equipment enhancements, and resolve operational challenges to sustain long-term effectiveness.
- Provides the factory test perspective during project sign-off and closure, ensuring all testing requirements are addressed before final approval. Applies analytical problem-solving, lean manufacturing principles, and Capex optimization strategies to improve productivity, manage recurring test equipment investments, and support ongoing site-level test system procurement and deployment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite role.
