Description
The main job of a Telesales Executive at Cartrack is to drive new business growth and revenue by connecting with potential corporate and individual clients through outbound telephone calls and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Selling & Cold Calling: Reach out to new corporate and individual prospects by phone to promote Cartrack's IoT cloud platform and SaaS operations technology.
Product Demonstrations & Needs Matching: Explain how Cartrack’s fleet management, AI-powered cameras, and tracking solutions address client operational needs.
Lead Qualification & Appointments: Use sales scripts to engage prospects, handle objections, and secure qualified appointments or hand-offs for the field sales team to follow up on.
Market Expansion: Explore new markets and spot fresh business opportunities.
Keep standard of the communication and secure sales an appointment for sales team to follow-up.
Administrative Tracking: Record and update customer information accurately in the company database and prepare daily sales reports.
Required Experience & Skills
At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or in a related sales field. Prior experience in telesales across any industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills. Knowledge of other Philippine dialects like Ilonggo or Bisaya is a major plus.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills to build quick rapport and effectively handle client objections
