Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication via telephone and email, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist in generating new sales leads and expanding business relationships by identifying potential opportunities.
• Create, negotiate, and manage contracts, offers, and sales documentation, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, tracking, and reporting using Salesforce and SAP.
• Coordinate sales campaigns and proactively engage with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Manage and oversee customer onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions from initial contact to delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Organize and coordinate customer events, meetings, and follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships.

• Strong hunter mentality and proven track record in closing new business opportunities.
• Passion for proactive outreach and customer engagement, particularly through phone-based selling.
• Creative in identifying and executing effective approaches to engage and win potential new customers.
