Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing Business Development team. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

You'll work alongside experienced Business Development and Consulting professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, customer engagement strategies, and leading technologies such as CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI, Marketing Automation, and Customer Experience solutions. If you're looking to build a long-term career in B2B technology sales and consulting, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real business impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute lead generation and outbound prospecting activities across target enterprise accounts.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers and business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain prospect, customer, and pipeline data within CRM systems.
• Coordinate sales operations, administrative activities, and sales documentation.
• Support partner activities, including joint marketing campaigns, webinars, executive events, and other go-to-market initiatives.
• Execute lead follow-up activities and collaborate with Marketing on campaign-generated leads.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and account research to support business growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Consulting, and Partner teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools is an advantage.
