Position Overview:
The UI/UX Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, user interface design, and user experience principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with our business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborating with different departments to create the training videos.
- Ensure that the design and user experience adhere to the overall brand strategy and guidelines.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) to support various marketing and product development needs.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Candidates having an MBA degree will be preferred but not required.
- At least two years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills.
