BMW of Tigard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Runner to join our fast-paced team! This is a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry, where you'll have the chance to learn and advance in a supportive environment.

What Will You Do?
As a Parts Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting our service department by ensuring parts are received, stocked, and delivered to technicians efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Parts team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming packages to the appropriate team members.

• Ensure parts deliveries match packing slips and report any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.

• Stock inventory and organize special order parts with the correct customer information.

• Package parts securely for shipping or pickup.

• Pick and deliver parts orders to technicians to keep service running smoothly.

• Help organize wholesale parts orders for shipping or pick-up.

• Clean and organize the parts department.

• Contribute to process improvements and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record or minimal violations.

Compensation: $22.50/hour

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $24.07 USD per hour.
