Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Senior Sport Scientist & Data Analyst to lead and optimize physical readiness programs through evidence-based sport science practices, performance analytics, and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead physical readiness and performance enhancement programs.
- Analyze performance, wellness, and readiness data to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including Sport Science, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Data Analysis.
- Oversee daily operations of the Physical Readiness Center.
- Develop innovative training methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a military or tactical environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Relevant Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or Coaching certifications preferred.
