Your responsibilities

• Maintain and update product master data across different systems and portals
• Prepare and manage product information, listings, and documents
• Coordinate product-related processes with internal teams (R&D, purchasing, logistics)
• Support product launches from an operational perspective
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all channels
• Handle day-to-day product-related administrative tasks
• Support communication with retail partners when needed
• Keep track of deadlines, changes, and product updates

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship) or comparable practical experience
• Experience in a structured, administrative, or operational role
• Careful, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and processes
• Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented and dependable personality
• Fluent English skills and fluent German
