Jabil is expanding its Redwood Team within Finance Digital Transformation. This new position will scale our resources to support growing finance automation capabilities and strategic business demands.

This is a great opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic team in new technology. This role is global in terms of the processes, sites and divisions. You will join the team in working and collaborating with the broad Finance community in Jabil.

Core Role Purpose

The primary mission is to eliminate manual, repetitive financial tasks. By deploying automated solutions, the Team’s aims are to shift the finance team's focus from repetitive data entry to data analysis, strategic planning, and immediate business decision-making by removing unnecessary manual tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The daily and long-term responsibilities are split into system maintenance, quality assurance, compliance, and process rollouts:

• Daily Operations: Managing Redwood financial system activities, troubleshooting user incidents, monitoring scheduled automation jobs, and aiding individual sites during month-end closing procedures.

• System Testing & Upgrades: Supporting regression testing for Redwood software updates and ensuring their connected SAP systems remain stable during add-on upgrades.

• Compliance & Audits: Assisting with IT control assessments to ensure the system strictly satisfies internal and external financial auditing guidelines.

• Documentation: Writing and maintaining technical testing scripts, tracking issues via platform tools like JIRA, and building clear training guides for everyday users.

• Process Rollout: Deploying key automation workflows including Balance Sheet Certification and Controls Management across different business units.

• Collaboration & Innovation: Designing and testing new automation solutions to fix inefficient workflows, while working directly with official external vendors for complex service tickets.

Job Qualifications & Preferred Requirements

The ideal candidate must bridge the gap between core accounting knowledge and technical automation tools.

Essential Qualifications

• Finance Experience: Strong history working inside a corporate finance environment and practical understanding of general SAP FICO modules.

• Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), solid grip on Inventory, Asset, and General Ledger (GL) entries, and background in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Technical Tools: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Communication Skills: At least an average, professional level of English language proficiency.

Preferred / Advantageous Assets

• Collaboration experience with non-finance modules (e.g., Material Management, Procurement).

• Prior experience working with financial automation/RPA tools like Redwood, Blackline, or Blue Prism.

• Ability to log, monitor, and manage system tickets via Jira.
