Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Eberlestock Headquarters
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5 PM (flex based on business needs)
Reports To: Creative Director
Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for shaping and executing the visual identity of the brand across all digital and print touchpoints. This role demands a designer who can think strategically, move quickly, and deliver polished, high-performing creative that elevates the brand and drives measurable impact.
The ideal candidate combines refined aesthetic judgment with tactical design execution, balancing art direction, and production. They understand how design influences emotion, storytelling, and performance, and how to translate brand strategy into compelling creative across channels such as web, social, email, packaging, retail, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
Design and execute brand and campaign creative for digital, print, packaging, retail, and experiential applications
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and broader marketing team to translate brand identity into world-class visuals that communicate high performance and adventure across multiple product categories
Develop assets for social media, paid advertising, landing pages, product launches, catalogues, and promotional campaigns
Contribute to the creation of templates and scalable design systems that maintain visual consistency across channels
Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all assets, typography, and layouts align with the brand’s look, tone, and voice
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure design supports business objectives and KPIs
Support internal teams with assets that assist with sales enablement, executive meetings and events, and other special projects
Support campaign planning by concepting and storyboarding visuals for photography, video, and motion content
Provide design direction and feedback to freelancers, contractors, and agency partners as needed
Participate in creative reviews, offering solutions that are both visually innovative and strategically sound
Digital Performance & Design
Develop conversion-focused creative for digital advertising, email, and e-commerce applications
Understand the intersection of design and analytics, applying performance insights to refine creative direction and improve engagement
Adapt and optimize content for varying formats and platforms (Meta, YouTube, web, email, etc.), ensuring each piece meets platform-specific best practices
Partner with the data and digital teams to A/B test creative and iterate based on real-world performance data
Production & Quality Control
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print deliverables, working closely with vendors when required
Maintain a clean and organized asset management system for efficient workflow and future reference
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably within a consumer brand, outdoor, lifestyle, or performance-driven industry
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
Experience designing for both digital and print applications
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and photography direction
Experience creating assets for paid social and digital advertising required; motion graphics or video editing experience a plus
Ability to balance high-level creative concepting with pixel-perfect production execution
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
