What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service & Parts Admin, you'll support smooth running of service and parts operations by coordinating invoicing, documentation, and administrative processes to ensure timely completion of maintenance programs and quality logistics support that meets customer requirements and timelines.
Manage invoicing and administrative documentation for Service & Parts operations.
Process and monitor Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely closure, and proper record keeping.
Prepare and submit tender documentation, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), prepare periodic reports aging reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders and support operational administration, including incentive payouts, freight charges, invoice submissions via government ePortals, and outstanding payment tracking.
Arrange tender meetings, documentation, and prepare meeting minutes.
Provide general administrative support to the Service & Parts team.
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

5.25 Work Week (Alternate Saturday)
Minimum GCE 'O' Level (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good organizational skills, attention to detail
Able to work independently and multi-tasking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
