Description

This is a classified, non-union position. The hours of work for this position are 40 per week.
- Principles, practices and techniques of advanced budget methods and procedures.
- Principles and practices of public administration particularly as it relates to municipal government.
- Principles and practices of strategic financial management, including budgeting, cost/benefit analysis, forecasting and fiscal impact on programs.
- Solve problems and to manage multiple priorities well and within deadlines.
- Manage, coordinate and review the work of assigned staff.
- Collaborate with other and influence outcomes and people in a positive and constructive manner.
- Analyze administrative systems and practices, identify organizational problems, and recommend solutions leading to improved service delivery.
- Lead other professionals in the functions of project management.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with some travel to different sites.
