What You Will Do on the Floor
- Program & Optimize: Code and modify PLC logic, HMI screens, and industrial communication networks.
- Keep Lines Running: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and controls issues to hit production targets.
- Launch New Lines: Lead the installation, debugging, and validation of incoming automation machinery.
- Innovate Safety & Performance: Upgrade machine safeguarding, sensors, drives, and servos.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- 3+ Years of Experience managing industrial controls in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Strong PLC Toolkit with platforms like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Schneider.
- Solid Technical Core rooted in electrical schematics, industrial networking, and root-cause analysis.
- Relevant Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
