Description
What you do
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and assist in identifying qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews by scheduling meetings and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database
Support the recruitment process by ensuring a positive candidate experience
Assist with general recruitment administration and documentation
What you offer
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active listening and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing methods
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
Good computer and data management skills
