Job Summary:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly adaptable, and proactive Operations Manager – Facilities Management to oversee and elevate total facility management operations across multiple sites. In this leadership role, you will act as the direct manager for all Site Facility Managers, ensuring operational excellence, strict compliance, and seamless service delivery.
Operating independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, you will leverage modern digital systems and task management tools to drive proactive risk management, optimize site workflows, and maintain exceptional client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Site Management & Team Leadership
- Act as the overarching manager and mentor for all Site Facility Managers across assigned operational locations.
- Monitor all FM sites regularly, proactively identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, or issues, and implementing immediate, effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to verify quality control, standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance, and physical maintenance standards.
- Possess deep operational knowledge to decisively troubleshoot, direct, and resolve critical or emergency site issues as they arise.
2. Risk Management, Health & Safety Compliance
- Lead comprehensive Risk Management strategies across all facilities to mitigate operational, legal, and environmental risks.
- Establish, execute, and enforce HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) processes across all operational sites.
- Implement a robust RACI Matrix framework to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and accountability across site personnel and vendor teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory building codes, environmental health and safety (EHS) laws, and local regulatory requirements.
3. Meeting Governance & Client Relations & Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Lead and govern all operational meetings, including weekly site syncs, monthly performance reviews, and cross-site management alignment.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, reporting on site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage high-level client relationships, serving as the main escalation point for critical service issues or performance feedback.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, responding dynamically to ad-hoc operational tasks, emergency requests, and executive special projects.
4. Meeting Governance, Client Relations & Ad-Hoc Tasks

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, IT/Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive management experience in Total Facilities Management (TFM), with proven experience overseeing multiple facility sites and Site FM leads.
- Technical & System Proficiency:
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and strong mastery of task management software or CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Rapid adaptability to learning and deploying new digital tools and software.
- Core Competencies:
- Deep practical knowledge of HIRARC methodologies and EHS standards.
- Demonstrated skill in developing and deploying RACI Matrices and risk mitigation models.
- High degree of independence and self-motivation—able to drive results under minimal supervision in a fast-moving workplace.
- Strong crisis management capability—knowing exactly what actions to take when site emergencies or equipment breakdowns occur.
- Exceptional leadership, client-facing presentation abilities, and team governance skills.
