Role Summary
The Staff Engineer will serve as a technical leader and hands-on builder, owning critical features across the stack, setting engineering standards, and driving AI-powered solutions in insurance. This role combines coding, leadership, and system design with high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities

Scope, design, and ship full-lifecycle features that improve broker workflows

Act as tech lead for high-impact initiatives across teams

Build AI-driven solutions within the TypeScript (React + Node) stack

Develop APIs, integrations, and scalable system designs

Champion engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, observability)

Mentor engineers and shape technical culture
