Position: IT Support Engineer - First Line
Location: Onsite, Acton

Salary: £27-31K
We’re looking for a hands-on (First Line) IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting warehouse operations. You’ll provide first-line IT support, maintain systems uptime, and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver responsive onsite IT support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and cabling.
- Log, manage, and escalate service desk tickets while keeping users informed.
- Support IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements.
