Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
Communicate to customers and reps on deliverables and resolving of additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.
Understand. Create. Simplify.
Engage in regional customer support activities (may include office administration and other support duties dependent on region/department).
Required Qualifications
Being an active student
Student or degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics or International Business or similar
Continuous learning, tolerance to frustration, detail orientation and teamwork
Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills
Negative drug test result(s)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Customer Service oriented
Preferred Qualifications
English language proficiency at a basic level
Proactive, Self-directed, Attention to Detail and ability to perform repetitive work
Desirable to have a vehicle

DISEÑAR EL PROYECTO DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN DE MERCADOS DE ACUERDO CON LOS OBJETIVOS Y METAS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN.
GESTIONAR LAS SUPERFICIES EN LOS PUNTOS DE VENTA SEGÚN ESTRATEGIAS DE EXHIBICIÓN.
IDENTIFICAR LOS COMPORTAMIENTOS DEL MERCADO SEGÚN RESULTADOS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN Y TENDENCIAS DEL ENTORNO
PROYECTAR EL MERCADO DE ACUERDO CON EL TIPO DE PRODUCTO O SERVICIO Y CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LOS CONSUMIDORES Y USUARIOS
DESARROLLAR LOS CANALES DE DISTRIBUCIÓN A PARTIR DEL MERCADO, IDIOSINCRASIA, CULTURA Y NECESIDAD DE LOS CLIENTES.
PROMOVER LA INTERACCION IDONEA CONSIGO MISMO, CON LOS DEMAS Y CON LA NATURALEZA EN LOS CONTEXTOS LABORAL Y SOCIAL.
ANALIZAR LOS RESULTADOS CONTABLES Y FINANCIEROS SEGÚN LOS CRITERIOS DE EVALUACIÓN ESTABLECIDOS POR LA ORGANIZACIÓN
MANEJAR CONTACTOS COMERCIALES DE ACUERDO CON LA ACTIVIDAD DE MERCADEO.
DIRIGIR EL TALENTO HUMANO SEGÚN NECESIDADES DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN.
IMPLEMENTAR LAS ACCIONES DE PENETRACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO O SERVICIO EN EL MERCADO DE ACUERDO CON LA RENTABILIDAD Y ESTRATEGIAS DE MERCADEO.
NEGOCIAR PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS SEGÚN CONDICIONES DEL MERCADO Y POLÍTICAS DE LA EMPRESA.
