Description
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the team of lawyers by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing documents, including ensuring their efficient circulation, formatting, archiving, and handling outgoing correspondence and shipments;
- Supporting lawyers with ongoing organizational, administrative, and office-related matters;
- Managing meeting schedules and court deadlines;
- Preparing business expense reports and reimbursements;
- Providing technical support and operating office equipment;
- Handling other day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines when performing assigned tasks;
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage one's own workload effectively, and a strong team-oriented approach;
- Openness to using modern technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, and a willingness to continuously develop skills and knowledge in this area.
