Social Expert

• Years of experience: 8 years or more (preferable)
• Area of Experience:

• Good understanding of requirements of various financial institutions’ requirements related to social assessments such as IFC, The World Bank, ADB, JICA, etc.
• Experience of working on national and international local regulations related to land acquisitions.
• Experience of undertaking various stakeholder consultations and use of tools related to same
• Experience of working on social impact assessment, social due diligence, labor compliance audit, livelihood restoration plan / framework, resettlement, and rehabilitation (R&R) plan, etc.
• Sector experience of transport, renewable energy, industrial area, manufacturing facilities, etc.
