Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Construction)
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + AWS + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.
Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects.
Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.
Participate in weekly site meetings to monitor work progress and ensure subcontractors and suppliers fulfil contractual obligations.
Maintain and update costing records and master files for all project sites at the headquarters office.
Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project costs remain within budget.
Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Knowledge of tendering, costing, progress claims, and variation orders.
Familiar with construction contracts, subcontractor coordination, and supplier management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quantity surveying-related software.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
