Higher Level Teaching Assistant

HLTA BS22 Full-Time ASAP Start£120 - £145 per day   A fantastic Primary School in the Weston-Super-Mare area is currently looking for a highly skilled (HLTA) Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their aspiring team. This is a great opportunity as this primary school works hard to be a caring and creative learning environment for their pupils, offering an innovative, exciting and rigorous curriculum where children are valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.  The Role  This HLTA role is a full-time position, where the successful candidate will work throughout one classroom, working in small groups supporting children who need additional help with core subjects.  At times, in the absence of a Class Teacher in the school, you will be required to have an adaptable approach to teaching. You will be expected to: Follow the school's ethos and values. Be flexible when working with children in a group and 1:1 basis.Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum. Be flexible, creative and adaptable. Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence. Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
