The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on networking experience, and excellent communication skills in German and English.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage enterprise network infrastructurePerform L2 troubleshooting for routing, switching, and connectivity issuesHandle incidents, service requests, and escalation supportConfigure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewallsSupport LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, and data center network operationsCoordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional technical teamsEnsure SLA compliance and operational excellenceDocument incidents, resolutions, and network changesRequired SkillsStrong experience in:Routing & SwitchingTCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCPCisco / Juniper / Aruba networking technologiesFirewall and VPN troubleshootingNetwork monitoring toolsExperience in incident management and ticketing systemsUnderstanding of ITIL processesExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsMandatory RequirementsGerman Language Proficiency: C1 LevelAbility to work onsite in Frankfurt or BerlinPrior experience in L2 Network Support rolesEU work authorization preferredPreferred CertificationsCCNA / CCNPJNCIA / JNCISITIL Foundation
