Responsibilities:

• Support accounting operations, including recording, reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Posting data entry, prepare the payment for supplier’s invoices ( local and overseas) and handle other related tasks (fixed assets/intangible assets). Coordinate with administrative department/staff to inventory fixed assets.
• In charge of invoice processing and issue sales and promotion invoices
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial and operational information.
• Manage and monitor production schedules and delivery progress to ensure smooth operations and timely updates to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

-              Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines

-              Proficiency in spoken and written English

-              over 3  years relevant working experience in cost accounting from a multinational company

-              Solid experience on full set accounts
