Overview
As a Project Superintendent, you will manage daily operations on residential construction sites, schedule municipal inspections, monitor subcontractor performance, perform internal quality assurance inspections, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. You'll also approve payments, monitor budgets, and communicate regularly with management and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree in construction science, and 1-2 years of residential construction experience.
