We are looking for a Quality Specialist with experience in the food industry and a solid understanding of quality standards and certification requirements. Key Responsibilities
Managing quality and technical compliance, both ongoing and resulting from regulatory changes, as well as industry best practices – within the food production area
Actively contributing to building a quality‑focused culture and awareness; maintaining daily presence on the production floor to foster collaboration in meeting quality expectations; performing daily GMP/GHP audits across the entire site; reporting quality indicators
Identifying trends by gathering knowledge about our activities and audit systems; conducting ongoing risk assessments and setting improvement priorities; verifying corrective actions
Leading and supporting technical matters and continuous improvement initiatives; actively participating in quality‑related projects
Identifying necessary process changes that impact compliance, risk, and effective work practices; cooperating with external companies
Conducting audits in line with BRCGS, SQMS, and other standards and customer requirements implemented within the company
Verifying quality documentation, performing periodic reviews, and proposing updates
Implementing quality standards and documentation, as well as delivering onboarding training for new Employees
Candidate Profile
Higher education in quality management, food technology, or a related field
Minimum three years of experience in a quality department within the food industry
Practical knowledge of pest control as well as quality assurance and quality standards within the food sector
Ownership mindset in the scope of assigned tasks, ability to initiate improvements, and readiness for change
Polish and English language proficiency enabling fluent communication – a mandatory requirement due to ongoing local and regional cooperation
Ability to build internal and external relationships based on collaboration, with a focus on trust and taking responsibility
Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to propose data‑based solutions
Proficient use of the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
Accuracy, diligence, and strong attention to detail
