HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR CONTENT SPECIALIST?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, content marketing, or digital marketing, with experience managing content across multiple brands and digital platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, editing, proofreading, SEO best practices, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, AI-powered content tools, and content performance analytics is an advantage.
• SEO or Social Media certifications are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, creative, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENT SPECIALIST
(REMOTE WORK EDITION!)

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop content for social media community management, including templated responses, FAQs, and live event communications.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Creative teams to ensure content aligns with the brand identity and visual assets.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all channels.
• Contribute creative content ideas and support the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple content projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure content meets project objectives.
