Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist to become the first point of contact for a busy and growing plastic
surgery practice in the United States.

The Role
As the first voice patients hear, you'll be responsible for ensuring every call is answered
professionally and every patient receives outstanding service. You'll play a key role in creating a
welcoming and seamless experience for patients contacting the practice.

Key Responsibilities
● Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
● Ensure patients receive a warm, friendly, and personalised experience.
● Handle patient enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
● Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
● Accurately record and communicate patient information.
● Learn and use the practice's internal software (full training provided).
