Resident Experience & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Resident Experience & Marketing Manager to join our team to identify and help transition new residents into the community. The Resident Experience & Marketing Manager will support the marketing and sales department with the planning, execution, and tracking of all essential tasks required to keep occupancy at its highest level possible to include but not limited to: sales and leads management support; marketing initiatives management support; liaison to marketing agency; departmental budgeting, accounting and reporting support.  

This position will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Responsibilities: 

• Supports the Senior Sales Advisor and Sales Advisor by fielding calls, assigning leads, and providing initial information to prospective residents. 
• Assigning and input all leads into Salesforce. 
• Managing the Marketing and Sales team calendar. Schedule appointments as needed and notify appropriate parties of daily activities.
• Manages all prospective resident waitlist documentation including recording, filing, and accounting. 
• Support the Sales Team throughout the process of a depositor becoming a resident. This includes submission of medical and executive director reviews, approval letter oversight, and collecting and inputting new resident date into PCC. 
• Ensure that all necessary documents and supplies are available to the Marketing and Sales Team. 
•  Prepares, with responsibility for accuracy, statistical reports using spreadsheets and information from Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and our digital marketing agency.   

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Provides direct support to the Senior Director of Resident Experience in all marketing initiatives to drive occupancy by ensuring that the number of marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads are sufficient to maintain our waitlist memberships and census goals. 
• Acts as a liaison to our marketing agency supporting all marketing (including DCFL) efforts across all channels including digital, social, and print. 
• Provides project management to in-house creative design and copy projects while also maintaining brand integrity and alignment.  
• Ensures quality of all printed materials meets our brand standards. May assist with special projects and presentations as needed.

 Resident Focused Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the new resident onboarding  process to make sure that all new residents have a positive introduction to community life and is properly connected with all other departments to ensure a smooth transition into community living. 

• All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience. 

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required 
• Solid understanding of working within a busy office environment and of general office management procedures
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel, Salesforce, and Pardot
• Working knowledge of the community's pertinent sales documents and contracts
