Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Packaging Development Manager, Lüleburgaz Plant" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

-    Translates marketing ideas, consumer & customer needs into technically industrialized packaging solutions.-    Leads the development of various packaging concepts taking into account the specific nature of the finished products and materials used and ensures compatibility of packaging with manufacturing units. -    Evaluates in cross-functional setting the packing requirements in early development phase for all ongoing projects.-    Be actively involved in the ideation stage and contribute to creating a robust and relevant  inno/reno portfolio for Danone Dairy division in Turkey.-    Arrange and coordinate the execution of pilot trials, plan, organize, conduct and follow up industrial trials, collect, analyze and present the relevant analytical data, provide assistance during launch period and afterwards carry out a formal hand over to industrial department.-    Actively participate in solving problems that occur during production and projects related to the optimization of production technologies and/or quality.-    Build close network and collaboration with key pack suppliers and look for synergies in terms of innovation and renovation ideas as well as relevant technological solution to implement for ongoing projects.-    Build strong network within international Danone Dairy R&I Pack community and foster collaboration, exchange of ideas, know-how and best practices.-    Participates Global packaging development trials & take responsibility.-    Lead the DIJ pack projects and D4R evaluation.

About You

-      University degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Pack Science or Polymer   Science.-       5-7 year prior experience in similar function or in packaging producing sector.-    Analytical thinking-    Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and at all levels within the local organization-    Good organizational and time-management skills-    Able to work independently and prioritize his/her own tasks-    Multitasking skills – able to implement several projects at the same time-    Ability to react fast in urgent/atypical situations -    Is able to take fact-based decision and follow through on the execution-    Good understanding of the business processes in the company-    Effectively manage teams and quickly solve the crisis level pack problems.-    Has solid knowledge and experience in primary, secondary and tertiary packaging, materials and their production process-    Has good understanding on their interaction with the product and environment and needed methods to validate/test this-    Should have knowledge about shopfloor machinery platforms, FFS, Preform, ISBM, Injection, Flexible, Corrugated Boards, Glues, Shring Flms, UHT papers, lids, die cuts, PET, PP, HDPE, PS-    Has intermadiate understanding of dairy products and processes-    Fluent in English-    Has good computer proficiency (MS Office, SAP and MS project program)
