What impact you'll make?The Lead Treasury Analyst – LEAN Transformation is a mission-critical member of the Treasury Operations team. This role is dedicated to accelerating the Treasury transformation roadmap by applying rigorous LEAN methodologies and advanced analytical insights. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnosing process inefficiencies, designing future-state solutions, and driving the change management required to implement them. This role is intended for a high-potential professional who views every process as an opportunity for optimization and utilizes data-backed evidence to drive meaningful change across GE Vernova’s global Treasury infrastructure.

What you’ll do
- LEAN Process Optimization: Serve as a subject matter expert in LEAN tools. Lead the diagnostic phase of Treasury initiatives, utilizing Value Stream Mapping, 5-Whys, and Root Cause Analysis to systematically eliminate waste, reduce payment defects, and improve process outcomes.
- Advanced Treasury Analytics: Act as the primary analytical engine for the team. Mine large-scale Treasury data (e.g., Quantum, TRAX, ERP systems) to identify performance trends, quantify the financial impact of process failures, and provide actionable business intelligence to leadership.
- Change Management & Adoption: Design and lead the "human side" of change. Develop targeted communication and training strategies that ensure stakeholders understand the "why" behind new processes and are equipped to adopt them seamlessly.
- PMO & Execution: Manage the lifecycle of assigned transformation projects. Use project management rigor to track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure that all LEAN-driven improvements are sustained through robust KPIs and operational governance.
- Technical Upskilling & Innovation: Rapidly adopt and master new technologies—including Microsoft Visio for process modeling, SharePoint for project governance, and emerging AI/automation tools—to modernize and scale the Treasury infrastructure..
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Significant experience in Finance, Treasury, or Project Management.
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Proven LEAN Expertise: Demonstrated experience applying LEAN methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, DMAIC) to solve real-world business problems.
- High Analytical Proficiency: Proven ability to manage complex datasets and translate them into clear, visual, and data-driven business recommendations (Advanced Excel is mandatory; SQL, Power BI, or Tableau experience is highly preferred).
- Tech-Forward Growth Mindset: A track record of demonstrating a willingness to learn and apply new software, project management tools, and digital solutions with minimal guidance.

- Visio Mastery: Prior experience utilizing Visio for end-to-end process mapping is strongly desired.
- Change Management Experience: Familiarity with change management frameworks and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
- Treasury Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (Quantum/TRAX) and an understanding of global payment flows.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to look beyond immediate operational tasks to identify structural improvements and long-term efficiency gains.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across global, cross-functional teams.
