As a Manager - Assurance, you will lead and manage client service accounts, driving client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop quality deliverables. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, strategically plan and execute projects, and maintain accountability for project success. You will play a visible role in cultivating meaningful client relationships, inspiring your teams, and navigating ambiguity, all while upholding quality standards and contributing to broader business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing financial statement audit engagements for clients in the insurance sector
- Guiding teams in applying auditing methodologies and compliance auditing to deliver quality client service
- Utilizing knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to review and verify financial documents
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and provide insights for client decision-making
- Developing and implementing data visualization and data modeling techniques to enhance audit processes
- Overseeing the application of data security and data quality measures within audit frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in auditing and financial reporting
- Collaborating with clients to address issues and manage risks effectively
- Embracing innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms to improve audit efficiency
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to support strategic questioning and client management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia)
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA, Malaysian Licensed CPA or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia, etc)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
