WORK STUDY POSITION for eligible McGill students. This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement. This position is on the Macdonald Campus.
Hiring Unit:
Dean's Office, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
Position Summary:
The incumbent will support the work of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and the Macdonald Campus Welcome Centre.
- Replace Welcome Centre personnel for one hour/day (usually 14h30-15h30 and on holidays)
- Accept and distribute deliveries in the Macdonald-Stewart-Raymond-Barton complex
- Book meeting rooms
- Deliver mail to academic units.
- Stock and maintain photocopiers.
- Assists with event planning and provides event support.
