IT Assistant

We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, for season 2026!

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the IT Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the IT Assistant is responsible for providing on a day-to-day basis first line colleague support and second line guest support, as well as completing IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.

As IT Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Support guests & colleagues daily.

• Assist with the IT Routine Task List.

• Assist with the IT Issues Troubleshooting.

• Coordinate and execute Audio and Visual preventive maintenance.

• Provide Audio and Visual Support for Meetings & Events

• Follow up on IT Project Tasks.

• Follow up on Cyber Security and Compliance Tasks.

As IT Assistant, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

• Experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English.

• Knowledge of the technology used in the hospitality industry will be considered a plus.
