Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mechanical Assemblers for projects located in the Morris, MN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Assemble crusher components and heavy industrial equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Install mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components
- Use precision measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, and torque tools safely and accurately
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining Superior's quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, or industrial fabrication is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and precision measuring equipment
