Responsibilities

1) Team Support and Collaboration:

• Assist the Service Manager in supervising the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent growth and performance excellence.
• Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager and service department staff, promoting clear communication and teamwork.

2) Operational Support:

• Help oversee daily service department operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  Support the development and implementation of service procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in managing workflow, prioritizing service requests, and optimizing resource allocation.

3) Customer Engagement:

• Work with the service team to ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

4) Compliance and Safety:

• Promote compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and dealership policies.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect employees and customers.

5) Budget and Resource Management:

• Assist in monitoring department expenses and analyzing variances to support cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate on budget planning and execution to align with dealership goals.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge of RV systems, repairs, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and industry regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills for managing schedules, budgets, and reports.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in RV service, management, or a related field.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience.
