Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a key Executive Committee position responsible for leading the hotel's commercial strategy across Sales, Catering, Revenue, Distribution and Marketing, with the objective of maximizing revenue, market share and profitability.
We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality and a passion for driving business growth.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands on leadership style, while inspiring high performing teams and building lasting client relationships across multiple market segments.

Profile
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within Sales & Marketing or Commercial functions in the hotel industry
• Current or previous Director of Commercial, Director of Sales & Marketing or senior commercial leadership experience within a 5 Star international hotel
• Strong luxury hospitality background with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Extensive experience across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Catering and Group business segments
• Strong commercial understanding of Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital Marketing and hotel sales strategies
• Demonstrated success developing commercial plans, identifying new business opportunities and delivering measurable results
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high performing commercial teams
• Excellent relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, financial performance and business intelligence to support commercial decision making
