ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about delivering a great employee experience while ensuring people processes run smoothly behind the scenes? As our People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey at FRAMOS - from onboarding to payroll administration and Learning & Development. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you will help create an environment where people can do their best work while continuously improving the processes that support them.
The position is based at our FRAMOS Campus in Čakovec, Croatia. While we offer flexibility and hybrid working opportunities, this role requires regular on-site presence to effectively support employees and collaborate with stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be the trusted first point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle
- You will ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-related data for external payroll providers
- You will support People Controlling and HR reporting activities to help drive informed decision-making
- You will maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within Personio, our HRIS
- You will coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will ensure employee information, organizational structures, guidelines, and internal procedures are accurate and up to date
- You will coordinate internal learning opportunities and leadership development initiatives that support employee growth
- You will identify opportunities to simplify, automate and enhance HR processes by leveraging digital tools and AI
- You will partner closely with managers, employees, and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding People Operations experience
YOUR PROFILE
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a similar HR-related role
- You are familiar with labor legislation and payroll-related processes
- You are an independent thinker and doer who takes ownership of tasks and initiatives, works proactively, and drives topics forward with minimal supervision
- You have a keen eye for detail and handle sensitive information with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion
- You enjoy helping people and bring a service-oriented approach to your work
- You are interested in Learning & Development and creating opportunities for employee growth
- You are well organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
- You enjoy improving processes and are curious about digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- You are comfortable working with data and using insights to support HR reporting and decision-making
- You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
