Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The person in this role will work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The work involves both greenfield implementations and providing ongoing managed services support within ServiceNow environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, CMS, ITAM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Create and maintain scripts, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and workflow automations using Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Manage and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support IT operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ServiceNow deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience working with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Relevant certifications, ideally Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Proficient in scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Flow Designer and API integrations.
- General familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ServiceNow UI components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
