Registered Nurse - RN | JGS – Leavitt Family Jewish Home
$41.00 - $48.00/hour, based on experience

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing treatments while following physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life by assisting with daily care needs, mobility, and personal routines while promoting dignity, choice, and respect.
- Use your clinical expertise to make a difference by monitoring residents' health, recognizing changes in condition, providing wound care, and accurately documenting assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans that support each resident's unique needs and goals.
- Help create a safe and supportive environment by following infection prevention practices, safety standards, and facility policies while serving as a trusted resource for residents and fellow team members.
Qualifications for Success:
- Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
