We're seeking a hands-on Lead Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our senior living community. This is a working supervisor role, not an office position. You'll actively clean alongside your team while managing schedules, training staff, and ensuring exceptional service for residents.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
• Create schedules and assign daily responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure team compliance
• Welcome new residents and support resident satisfaction
• Coordinate routine and seasonal deep cleaning projects
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards are met

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving seniors
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or housekeeping is a plus
• Basic computer skills
