- Oversee installation and construction of major power generation equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), generators, balance-of-plant systems, cooling systems, and associated plant infrastructure
- Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, material management, and subcontractor performance to achieve contractual and financial objectives
- Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with site leadership, subcontractors, owners, and commissioning personnel
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues, manage field changes, and support constructability reviews
- Evaluate project progress against milestones, schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, regulatory, and safety requirements throughout all construction activities
- Support mechanical completion, system turnover, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and final project closeout activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Travel to project sites, field offices, customer facilities, and vendor locations as required
