Role

Ability to manage multiple large-scale technology and infrastructure projects from start to finish, particularly projects for government agencies and state-owned enterprises.

The person will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, meeting quality and safety requirements, and achieving the company's financial targets.

This role is not just about monitoring project schedules. The Director must also manage project profitability, solve major project problems, maintain relationships with senior government customers, and lead a large team.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects from contract handover and planning through implementation, testing, customer acceptance, and final handover.

Digital & AI Projects: Lead projects involving AI, CCTV, video analytics, Smart City, IoT, Data Centers, drones, automation, and integrated technology systems.

Budget & Profitability : Control project budgets, costs, profit margins, cash flow, customer billing, and payment collection.

Contract Management: Review contracts, TOR, project scope, and changes to requirements. Ensure all changes are properly approved and documented.

Government & Executive Relationships : Build relationships with senior government customers and coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, and partners.

Team Leadership: Lead at least 30 people, including Project Managers, engineers, technical teams, site teams, and external partners. Improve project management processes and team performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer, Electrical, Telecommunication, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or another relevant engineering/technology discipline.
• At least 15–20 years of project or program management experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Director, Program Director, Head of Project Management, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Digital, AI, Smart Infrastructure, or System Integration projects.
• Experience delivering major projects for government agencies or state-owned enterprises, including TOR, bidding, contract management, approvals, and project acceptance.
• Strong knowledge of project budgets, profit and loss (P&L), cost control, billing, collections, contracts, risk management, and project recovery.
• Strong Thai and English communication skills, executive-level reporting, Microsoft Office, and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
