Project Manager – Digital Customer Solutions

You will support the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our commercial software solutions used by more than 70 pharmaceutical customers across Belgium. This role blends customer interaction and product expertise across our full portfolio: IQVIA Pharm In Touch, IQVIA Doctor In Touch, MobiRep, and Digital Sampling solutions. You will act as a trusted second‑line and advanced support partner for local clients, while also contributing to international support activities.

🎯 What you will do

• Assist customers during onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our innovations.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose clear, structured solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to escalate and resolve advanced cases.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, innovations, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and customer experience.
• Build deep expertise in all our platforms and act as an internal knowledge point for colleagues.
• Lead internal projects like ISO Certification, new roadmap developments, …

🧠 What you bring

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business and technical scenarios.
• Experience in project management, implementation, consultancy, or a similar hybrid role.
• Technical affinity: comfortable working with software platforms, data flows, and configuration logic.
• Eagerness to learn our full solution suite and understand how pharma sales processes work.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to join customer meetings.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear actions or technical requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (spoken and written).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is a plus but not required.
