Description
We're Hiring! Compliance and Risk Manager
Family HealthCare is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will help lead our organization's compliance and risk management programs, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, identifying and reducing potential risks, and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with leadership and staff to support our mission of providing quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
Ideal Candidate: Experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or related operations, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A healthcare background is preferred.
Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Background in healthcare, compliance, business, or a related field preferred.

Experience in compliance, risk management, or related operations.

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Clinical background and knowledge of HRSA and 340B programs are a plus!
