What are we looking for?
At Woodard & Curran, our people are our greatest strength, and we're looking for a Talent Management Partner who is passionate about helping employees, leaders, and organizations thrive.

This is more than a traditional HR role. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you'll play a critical role in shaping talent strategy, strengthening leadership capability, driving organizational effectiveness, and creating an exceptional employee experience. You'll partner with leaders to solve complex people challenges, develop high-performing teams, and translate business priorities into impactful talent solutions that support both employee growth and business success.

We're seeking a strategic, relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys coaching leaders, leveraging workforce insights, navigating complex employee situations, and influencing positive change across the organization.

What's in it for you?

At Woodard & Curran, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the people who make our mission possible. You'll work alongside collaborative leaders and HR professionals who are committed to developing talent, supporting career growth, and fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.

In this role, you'll help shape the future of our workforce while supporting projects that improve critical infrastructure, protect the environment, and strengthen communities across the country. If you're energized by building strong teams, developing leaders, and driving organizational success, you'll find both purpose and opportunity here.

Join a company where your work influences not only the employee experience, but also the communities we serve every day.
