Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Thailand
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects and equipment installation initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with global and local teams to drive operational excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, CAPEX spending, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and global stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, performance, and cost objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
- Develop and implement technical standards and user requirements.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and vertical start-up activities.
- Apply Early Equipment Management (EEM) principles to improve reliability and maintainability.
- Drive continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, training, and operational readiness during project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Planning, or related engineering roles.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and vertical start-up activities.
- Familiarity with FMCG manufacturing operations is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
- Manufacturing digitalization and automation projects.
