As Malt accelerates its international expansion, you will drive the engineering transformation required to support complex, top-down Enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will take full ownership of the delivery, technical efficiency, and growth of 1ā2 high-impact product squads (8ā10 engineers). You will shape system architecture strategyāleading core decoupling initiativesāwhile elevating delivery standards and empowering your team to scale.
