Contract Specialist II

Are you an experienced contracts professional looking to take the next step in your clinical research career? Join us as a Contract Specialist II and play a key role in negotiating and executing clinical trial agreements that support the delivery of innovative studies across the globe.
 

In this role, you will partner with sponsors, sites, legal teams, and study start-up colleagues to drive contract negotiations, support study timelines, and ensure the successful execution of site agreements.
 

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of initial clinical trial agreements, site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other study-related contracts
• Independently manage contract negotiations with investigative sites and other external parties
• Ensure timely contract execution to support study start-up and enrollment timelines
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and updates within internal systems
• Collaborate with Legal, Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations, and Sponsors to resolve contractual issues efficiently
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and contractual requirements
• Provide regular updates on negotiation status, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders
   

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in contract negotiation within clinical research, pharma, CRO, or healthcare
• Proven experience negotiating and executing initial site agreements and other clinical trial contracts
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial start-up process and contracting lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Working model:

📍 Hybrid from Warsaw (2 days per week in the office) or fully remote from anywhere in Poland
